The easiest way to access your membership discount is to go to the event you are interested in attending.
Instead of ordering the tickets at full price Click on Membership Offer (Show Details)
Click Login and input your membership Email and Password (or Get a Membership if you are not currently a member)
Go ahead and now add your ticket to the event and you will see your discount will automatically apply!
Firstly, we are sorry to lose you as a member.
These instructions will step you through the process without the awkward phone call.
The best place to start is logging into your account.
Input your member email and password
Click on the down arrow next to your name and select My Subscriptions
Click on Cancel Subscription and you won't be charged for any further membership dues :(
This commonly happens to us all. Here are the quick steps to update the credit card we have on file for your membership dues.
1st - Log in to your account.
Second - Click Log In and input your NEIFDA email account and password.
Next Click on the down arrow next to your user name and select My Subscriptions
Click Update Credit Card and input your new card information. This way your membership won't skip a beat!
Our website can securely store your credit card information so you do not need to input it each time you place an event order.
Your credit card information is stored under your profile in the Wallet section. Here are instructions on how to access this.
1st - Log In into your membership account
2nd Login with your NEIFDA email and password credentials.
3rd Click on the down arrow next to your profile name and select My Wallet
If you haven't added a credit card yet, go ahead and select Add new card
